We provide compassionate care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. In our calm, home-like setting, residents receive patient, individualized support from caregivers who understand the importance of routine, familiarity, and treating every person with kindness, respect, and compassion.
Levels of Service
Includes:
• Independent or minimally assisted activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Alert and oriented status
• Independent feeding
• Minimal supervision
• No complex medical needs
• No overnight monitoring
Includes:
• Partial assistance with ADLs
• Mild cognitive impairment or intermittent confusion
• Assistance with mobility and hygiene
• Partial incontinence
• Medication assistance or reminders
• Limited night checks
Includes:
• Hospice or end-of-life care coordination
• Bed-bound or fully dependent status
• Not alert or oriented
• Total assistance with feeding and hygiene
• Routine mouth swabbing and oral care
• Wound care
• Pain medication administration
• Bowel and bladder incontinence management
• Hospital bed and positioning
• 24-hour continuous monitoring

• Non-ambulatory or significant mobility limitations
• Full assistance with feeding
• Regular repositioning

• Extended daily supervision and nighttime oversight
